Just Blame McDonald's
by Jason DeShaw

People are dumb. In relation to this article, obese people who sue McDonald's are dumb. What brought me to write this was doing a dumb journal entry in my Film as Literature class on if you agree or not with McDonald's filtering out their Super-Size option due to the lawsuits from making people obese. What this has to do with Film I have no idea, the class is fucking dumb, but that isn't what I'm here to talk about. I am here to talk about the dumb people who sue McDonald's because they are complete idiots.
So as the story goes, some fat people got together to blame McDonald's for their obesity. They claim that McDonald's did not clearly post their nutritional facts which led to the onset of health problems and obesity. You dumb fucks! Just reading this makes me want to punch a fat guy, but they could probably beat me up so I won't. There is no logic behind this argument. If you don't know that McDonald's is horrible for you, you are an idiot, and you can't sue McDonald's because you are dumb.
"Bradley said her regular diet included an Egg McMuffin for breakfast and a Big Mac meal for dinner. Pelman preferred Happy Meals and said she ate at McDonald's three or four times a week."
Pure idiocy. Isn't it just common knowledge that fast food is horrible for you? Christ, if you ate a Big Mac every day of course you'd be obese, but that isn't McDonald's fault, it's your own damn choice. You turn off Jerry Springer, get your ass off the couch and you drive down to McDonald's and order up some lard. If you honestly are eating this food thinking it is healthy, I would then imagine you are up there on the "Dumbest People on the Planet" list. This isn't the Subway diet folks. You can't go and eat at McDonald's everyday and lose weight or be healthy. You will probably just die of a heart attack.
"The original suit was filed last August by the parents of two girls who claimed McDonald's and two of its restaurants in the Bronx failed to clearly and conspicuously disclose the ingredients and effects of its food, including high levels of fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol. The plaintiffs argued that McDonald's should be held accountable for the girls' obesity, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol."
That just sounds like bad parenting. Why are you feeding your children this mystery food from McDonald's if you have no idea what is in it or what it will do to your children. Seriously, you don't know it has high levels of fat, salt, sugar, and cholesterol? Have you fucking looked/smelled (I haven't, but you know)/tasted the food? The fries are like salt sticks and the burgers are cardboard. It's crap. It's not healthy. Once again, you can't sue McDonald's for this. You are the one buying this shit, they are just selling it. It's not like they put poison in their burgers and market it as a healthy diet. If you can sue for it having fat, salt, sugar, and cholesterol, well then, sue EVERY FOOD COMPANY ON THE PLANET.
Let's see here, I got a speeding ticket once. Well then, I think I'm going to sue Plymouth, because it made the car. Come on, if I wasn't driving that car down that road like I do all the time, the cop wouldn't of pulled me over. The car wasn't clearly marked that I could get pulled over in that car, I just assumed I was immune to the laws of driving.
No, I'm no more immune to the laws of driving as you are to the laws of nature. If you eat junk food everyday, you are going to develop problems and get fat. McDonald's (along with all fast food chains) are bad for you. This isn't some news flash, you are just dumb.
