Who We Are
by Brady Lewis
Years ago, it started with a little site known as DogHeadz.
From the Great Plains of North Dakota, Alex Anderson and Jason DeShaw got
together in an attempt to revolutionize the way the internet and the world
thinks about everything. With big ideas and high hopes, the sky was the limit
for this duo.
Unfortunately, DogHeadz failed. There were three major factors to the untimely
demise of this promising young site. First and foremost, laziness. Laziness
was probably the number one contributor. No real ambition was within the two
young lads. Second, there was only the two working on the site. With only two
people, ideas were never implemented. Not much will get done with only a two
person staff. Lastly, the domain name of DogHeadz.com was already taken. With
these three factors going against it, DogHeadz was doomed to the dustbin of
cyberspace, the Akili Smith of the internet. So much potential, yet garbage.
Months later, Alex and Jason teamed up for a second time, this time with a new
website: CatHeadz. Upon finding out that CatHeadz.com was not taken, the two
bought up the domain name. They changed the logo and name, but none of the
content. Unfortunately, that was the problem, as there was no content because
of the other two factors that killed DogHeadz. CatHeadz died before it even got
started, the Ki-Jana Carter of the internet.
A couple of years passed. All was quiet out of North Dakota. The duo of Alex
and Jason were split in twain when the DeShaw family moved to Seattle. However,
Jason started up a small website dedicated to getting him elected president,
called Jason For President. Another disappointment, as not only did the site
not get many hits, but Jason lost the election. Since losing, the site has
received no updates. All hope for internet fame seemed lost, as the young
upstarts from North Dakota, now hundreds of miles apart, had attempted two sites
together and gotten nothing.
Then, one day, Alex, on the verge of boredom, set up a website, because he
could. The site was called Aberrant Brilliance. Sporting a very plain look,
along with a picture and quote from Albert Einstein, this latest attempt seemed
doomed to a short lived career, the David Klinger of the internet.
But no, it was not to be! Instead, something else happened. Alex informed one
Brady Lewis of this new website. Brady was interested, and decided to help out
on this latest venture into the internet. He immediately typed up an article
and sent it in. Jason was informed of Aberrant Brilliance via AOL Instant
Messenger, and also typed up an article.
Disaster struck the young site when FreeWebs decided to be stupid and not let
the images show up. Aberrant Brilliance was down for almost four days. Alex
then found Brinkster, a free internet hosting service. Aberrant Brilliance
found it’s new home.
So what happened to Aberrant Brilliance? You are on that site right now. The
name was changed to PsychoNoble because the old name was generating "bad karma."
Brinkster was the home of PsychoNoble for a few years, and with a redirection
address from cjb.net. The relationship lasted for quite a while. However,
things took a turn for the worse. Brinkster decided to post large ads on every
page we had. The cjb.net service shut down our redirection because we violated
most of their terms of use. It was then that we decided to finally spend the
money and get a .com. And so PsychoNoble.com was born. We thank IX Webhosting
for the excellent deal on our current site.
And so PsychoNoble lives today. From the nothingness of North Dakota, we have come to make you laugh, cry, and question what you think you know. For we are the people who have the brain power. We have the potential that is never used. We are the genius with no ambition. We Are PsychoNoble.
